    Our Construction Management Plan has been approved by City staff and Community Council approval on June 2021.
  • Notice of Approval Conditions Status (Complete)
    Received its Notice of Approval Conditions (NOAC) on April 21, 2021.
  • Building Permit
    Received Demolition Permit on May 28, 2021 and Shoring & Excavation Permit on May 25, 2021. Received Foundation Permit on October 26, 2022.
  • Site Plan Approval (Complete)
    Received Site Plan Agreement on December 9, 2022.
